APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Greenfields has the right to deny you access and use of the Services and their content if you violate (as Greenfields may determine in its sole and absolute discretion) any provision of these Terms and Conditions. Greenfields reserves the right to seek all other remedies available at law and in equity. Export of Software

You acknowledge that any software available or provided to you on the Services may contain technology that is subject to strict controls by various agencies of the United States Government pursuant to United States export control laws and regulations. You hereby agree that you will not transfer or export such software from the United States (including, for example, providing such software to any foreign person or entity in the United States) or re-export such software outside the United States in violation of United States export laws and regulations. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Entire Agreement

Except to the extent otherwise set forth in the Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding between Greenfields and you with respect to your access to, and use of, the Services and their content and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding access and use.

Severability

If any portion of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, the remaining sections of the Terms and Conditions will remain in effect.

Waiver

Failure by Greenfields, in any instance, to exercise any of its rights under the Terms and Conditions will not constitute waiver of such right or any other rights under the Terms and Conditions.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
